Burgerville Medellín

Vuelve Burgerville a Medellín por segunda vez: el evento donde las mejores hamburguesas de la ciudad se encuentran en un solo lugar. Este año la curaduría estuvo a cargo de Gabo Cocina, Sabor en la Mesa y B.eats desde Bogotá.

Además de reunir a algunas de las mejores hamburgueserías de Medellín, que crearán una receta exclusiva para el evento, tendremos invitados especiales de Bogotá y una hamburguesa llega desde Lima. Como siempre, Burgerville es también un viaje en el tiempo: esta edición nos lleva al origen, a las antiguas civilizaciones donde todo comenzó.

La temática se verá reflejada en el arte, la ambientación y la experiencia del festival, creando un mundo donde la historia y las hamburguesas se encuentran.

Burgerville returns to Medellín for its second edition: the event where the city’s finest burgers gather in one place. This year, the curation was led by Gabo Cocina, Sabor en la Mesa, and Bogotá-based B.eats.

In addition to bringing together some of Medellín’s top burger joints—each creating an exclusive recipe for the event—we will host special guests from Bogotá and a featured burger arriving all the way from Lima. As always, Burgerville is also a journey through time: this edition takes us back to the source, to the ancient civilizations where it all began.

The theme will come to life through the art, atmosphere, and overall festival experience, creating a world where history and burgers meet.
